LINDSAY LOHAN DARES TO MISS COURT DATE.

What has to happen for Lindsay Lohan to stop partying? Apparently a lot. She dared to miss her court date in California yesterday. Instead she was in France partying it up as only Lilo can. There are pics out of her wearing the world’s shortest mini skirt and a hat with a chain detail climbing into a yacht in the French Riveria. (ooh la la li lo, oh no!)

The photos were an obvious surprise (and embarrassment) to her lawyer who had been arguing that Lilo, as an actress, just had to attend the Cannes Film Festival. With a microphone shoved into her face to comment about the Lindsay yacht photos, her frazzled-looking lawyer said: “Uh, I wasn’t aware of her partying last night on a yacht.”

Lindsay’s excuse for missing court in California was that she couldn’t fly home because her passport was stolen, (insult added to injury that she said her father arranged for it to be stolen)! (Yes her dad is a PR hog and ridiculous – he and Jon Gosselin are trying to get a talk show. No! I. Will. Never. Watch. It. Ever!) But, Lindsay’s told too many lies to have this one be believed.

Not surprisingly, California Supreme Court Judge Marsha Revel, didn’t buy Lilo’s the dog ate my passport excuse. She issued an arrest for 23 year old Lindsay and a bail set at $100K. Now, someone, who at this writing is being called a mystery person has posted the $100K so that Lindsay has a reprieve until Monday at 8:30am. She’s lucky, not only for someone coughing up the dough, but also that she’ll have a new judge. Judge Revel was firm in her stance about Lindsay missing court: “She was ordered to be here. She’s not here. There is no excuse.”

So, who paid the $100K bail?…..
